HISTORY
MANTHAN is an educational program under the aegis of “AAINA”, a voluntary
association regd. with the Registrar of Societies under Societies Registration Act 1860,
engaged in the field of Performing Arts and Education.
The society has long experience in providing elementary education to the illiterates and
dropouts as it has worked with various units under Min. of Education GOI. It is also
engaged in the upliftment of poor and the needy through its employment generation and
awareness programmes.
The society has also conducted various training programs like handicrafts training,
computer education and soft skills. It has also been involved in education of labour
children in assistance with Ministry of Labour, GOI. It also conducts career counseling
campaigns / programmes.
The society has also been active in the field of social upliftment of deprived classes,
spreading health, hygiene, and environment awareness education among the masses
through various programs like ‘Shiksha Ka Uphaar’, ‘Khalbali’ and ‘Nukkad’ nataks
(street plays).
AAINA has conducted various workshops for youth and school students in various
schools/ institutes and organizations and has staged many shows across the country.
The society is also running two branches of primary school by the name of MANTHAN
and serving its students by giving them quality education and the essence of culture.
